Today we will focus on poses that target the Liver & Gall Bladder meridian pathways. Working on the inner thighs (just above the kidney meridian) and deep into the groin and the outer (lateral) side of the body. If you suffer from arthritis, muscular weakness, cramping or stiffness or have a feeling of being ‘off-centered’, fatigued or vertigo this sequence of poses may help. Also, as we work the lateral side of the body by doing twists and working the outer hips and IT band we effect the gall bladder meridians, helping the digestive process.
